Netflix is attempting to circumvent Apple’s rules in order to bring its games to the App Store for iOS users.
It’s Games for Android was released last week by the streaming behemoth. The games are based on well-known the titles.
It has already confirmed that its games will be available user on iOS, but they will have to work around Apple’s stricter guidelines. Netflix games will be available on the App Store. These games are available as standalone downloadable apps from the Google Play Store.
It has already has a slew of games based on the content it provides on its website. It can be accessed via the app for Android users. When you select a game from the games tab in the Android version of the app, you are redirected to the Google Play Store page. According to developer Steve Moser, this will be available to iOS users soon.
