Bengaluru-based SaaS-based customer support automation platform, Kapture CX, has successfully raised $4 million in an early growth stage venture capital funding round, with Cactus Venture Partners (CVP) leading the investment. The company plans to utilize the newly-raised funds to expand its presence in international markets, enhance its product offerings, and strengthen its team.
Co-founders Sheshgiri Kamath and Vikas Garg expressed their enthusiasm for the partnership with CVP, stating that there is a growing demand from enterprises to improve customer experience. They emphasized that the adoption of General Intelligence in Generative AI models has revolutionized the industry, and Kapture CX’s focus on Gen AI capabilities and expansion in select international markets has already yielded positive results.
Established in 2014, Kapture CX’s platform offers a comprehensive suite of solutions that streamline and automate customer support across various channels, including call, email, chat, WhatsApp, and social media. The platform has carved a niche in key sectors such as Internet Companies, Retail (Offline and Online), Travel, Banking and Financial Services, and Consumer durable companies, primarily catering to enterprise customers.
